Terms of use

These terms are between Learncetra Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62011UP2026PTC253223), 356/340/1146 Ashok Vihar, Alamnagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226017, India (“we”), and the distributor business that uses SupplyKaro (“you”). By using SupplyKaro, you agree to them.
The service
SupplyKaro lets you take orders from the shops you supply, prepare and record deliveries, make bills, keep each shop’s khata, send payment reminders and see reports. Your shops and delivery staff use it through the apps and links you give them.
Your account
- Keep your passwords to yourself, and give staff only the access they need.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it: hello@supplykaro.com.
Your data
The orders, shops, prices and records you put into SupplyKaro are yours. We use them only to run the service for you, as our privacy policy describes. You can download your reports at any time. When you leave, you can ask for an export of your data before it is deleted.
You confirm that you are allowed to give us your shops’ and staff’s details, and that they have agreed to receive sign-in codes, notices and reminders from you through SupplyKaro.
Fair use
Do not use SupplyKaro to send messages people did not agree to, to break the law, or to try to reach other distributors’ data. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you, or at once if needed to protect others.
Fees
You pay the monthly fee for your plan, plus GST, in advance. WhatsApp messages are charged by Meta and passed on at actual cost. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price changes. If a payment is late, we remind you first; we may pause the account if it stays unpaid after that.
Bills and tax
SupplyKaro makes GST bills from the prices, rates and details you enter. Check them; you remain responsible for your tax filings and for what your bills say.
Availability
We work to keep SupplyKaro running and backed up every night, but no online service is free of interruptions. We are not liable for losses caused by an interruption, by your internet connection or by services we do not control (such as mobile networks, SMS or WhatsApp).
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Ending
You can stop using SupplyKaro at any time. We may end the service with 30 days’ notice. Either way, you can ask for an export of your data, and we delete it as the privacy policy says.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
